I have enjoyed being a team member of Angie Dell Foster's agency since May of 2024, helping our customers with their service-related needs! I am licensed to assist customers with their Auto, Life, Home, Renters Insurance needs. My role focuses on servicing the customer through Welcome calls, follow up review scheduling, assisting customers with filing claims, helping with billing concerns, and serving as your claim mediator when additional assistance is needed with your claim process. I pride myself in the customer service I provide my customers through my focused needs-based conversation skills, focused on always doing the right thing based on my customers’ needs. Outside of work, I enjoy homesteading and being as self-sufficient as possible. I love animals to include my dog Abby as she has been a blessing in my life! Another fun fact about myself is that I am originally from Bloomington, Il, and my mother worked for State Farm when I was born!
